Conditions of payment

• Rates are intended per day and apartment for 2 guests, 2.30 € visitor’s tax (per person from age 14, per day) excluded.
• Rates for stays shorter than 4 nights are up to 30% higher.
• During peak season, Saturday is the preferred day of arrival/departure.
• Every additional guest is charged 20 € per night.
• Bed linen, hand and bathing towels as well as electricity and heating are included. A one-time sum of 50 € for final cleaning is charged.
• Payment methods include cash, EC card or payment in advance via bank transfer.

Equipment

The apartments of NICE LIVING lodging in Bressanone are equipped with everything useful for easy-going holidays: a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and a comfy bathroom, bed linen, hand and bathing towels for light-hearted days. For our little guests, kid’s chairs and beds are at your disposal upon request.

An elevator provides access to all our apartments.

Arrival and departure

We are glad to welcome you from 3 p.m. upon arrival and kindly ask you to leave within 10 a.m. the day of your departure.

Sport and leisure

A parking space for bikers is provided. Connections to Bressanone’s „own“ mountain, the Plose, is right at the doorstep.

Traffic connections and parking

NICE LIVING is ideally situated in the centre of the old bishop’s town Bressanone yet near all public means of transport. The bus station is right around the corner, a covered parking station (25 € per day) just 80 metres away.

Internet and TV

All NICE LIVING apartments have free Wi-Fi and satellite TV.

Pets

You are allowed to bring your dog upon request. We charge a small fee of 35 € per day.
